Investment Plans for New Utopia

What we have planned...

We have chartered a title insurance firm which will issue title insurance on any transaction !

A Land Registry office is being developed, as is the refinement of the Legal System and the Bar !

The key to any successful venture is the amount of support and enthusiasm it generates. Tens of thousands of visitors to our website have indicated a desire to have the opportunity to move to New Utopia, a ready market for condos and merchants to lease space and establish their businesses. We have over 3,800 Charter Citizens and 24 diplomats (Consuls and Ambassadors) in as many various countries of the World.

We have within our organization men with the contacts and experience to attract the hotel, condo and resort developers to accomplish these goals. With no taxes on casino income, we expect to have three large gaming resort hotels who can afford to promote them in grand style and to fly in plane loads of tourists to fill their hotels at little or no cost. All of which will grandly promote New Utopia.

We expect New Utopia to become the most beautiful city in the world. Every structure will be encouraged to have attractive landscaping and fountains or statuary. Our walkways, parks and beautiful bridges over the waterways will be uniquely New Utopian and our world class golf course and country club will add to the beauty and culture, as will our annual Arts and Culture exposition. The growth, although managed in an intelligent manner, will be at a fantastic rate, because it will be so appealing. We feel very positive that any housing or office building can be sold out or fully leased from attractive plans and a good presentation before it is ever built. This in turn will bring developers of shopping malls and other infrastructure.

We will encourage the inventors and innovators of the world with swift approval of their patents so their products can be marketed quickly and they can benefit from their industry. We will have a stock market where start-up companies can raise the capital to get their businesses started. Those with a good business plan and product will prosper. Those who don't will fail, but the incentive is there.

Scientists and researchers will be encouraged to come to New Utopia and will have the freedom to do what they do best, without political or religious intervention. New Utopia will become a net exporter of technology of every kind.

New Utopia will have the best standard of living in the world and will attract people as fast we can plan and build to accommodate them.

It is expected that in year two, citizens and the first immigrants will begin to come, by the fifth year fifty thousand residents and three hundred thousand visitors. By the tenth year there will be one million residents and three million visitors.

The rationalization for these projections must be taken from the current visitor and tourist business enjoyed by those other destinations in the Caribbean. During the year of 2009 there was a total of 18,624,000 tourists and 18,331,000 cruise line passengers who visited the 29 destinations in the Caribbean. A few examples are:

The Cayman Islands had 303,000 stay over visitors averaging 6.4 nights each (there are 2005 hotel rooms) and 1,520,000 visitors from cruise ships. They spent $530,000,000. They have a very short runway at their airport and can only handle the commuter type planes. They also have no port into which the cruise ships can dock, but passengers must be transferred by lighters (small boats) At the New Utopia airport we will have a 10,000 foot runway that will handle wide body planes from Europe and the rest of the world for which the Caribbean has much romance. We will also have deep water ports to accommodate up to 10 ships at any time.

The British Virgin Islands had 309,000 stay over visitors by air spending an average of 10 days in 2,400 hotel rooms, and 530,000 cruise line passengers. Their visitors spent $552,000,000.

Cuba had 2,350,000 visitors  in 49,100 hotel rooms.

Curacao had 409,000 stay over visitors for an average of 9.2 nights, they have 4,841 hotel rooms. They also had a further 400,000 cruise ship passengers from 234 ship visits.

Dominica had 75,000 stay over visitors staying an average of 14.4 nights in 920 hotel rooms. They also had 530,000 cruise ship passengers

There are 192 cruise ships in the Caribbean at any time. I am sure we can capture a minimum of 10% of all the business coming to the Caribbean by the 3rd year.

Dr. Rick Gross and his associates have committed to lease and operate a fine medical center. This will attract many patients of the medical tourism genera.  They also plan to build and operate the Delphi Medical Teaching University. They anticipate 5,000 students by the 3rd year, they and their families will be good patrons of the merchants of New Utopia.http://delphiuniversity.com/ medicine/infomf.htm

The New Utopia Utility Company, headed by Mr. Ron Kimball, is poised to install the necessary infrastructure and provide electrical, water, sewage and gas service as soon as construction is under way. Telephone, cable Television and internet connections will share this right of way.

Accommodations Inc. has been chartered and has planned some inexpensive, very nice, apartments for city workers clerks and service personnel with work visas, which will be built under the airport runway because they will not be able to afford to buy or rent condos initially. A food court, recreation facilities and a beach will be included in this installation.http://www. principalityofnewutopia.com/ Our-Gallery.php?currDir=./ Artists_Photos&pageType=image& image=PNU_Airport.jpg

This will also give us over four million square feet of warehouse space. The New Utopia Utility company operations will also be located here.

A people mover tram system will provide transportation between the airport area and the city. This loop system will be expanded as the city/state grows.

New Utopian International Airlines has been chartered, their web site can be viewed herehttp://www. principalityofnewutopia.com/ PNU-International-Airlines.php

We have an agreement with Natures Own Hydroponics farms to set aside 640 acres for hydroponics farms. We will begin with 100 acres and expand as needed.

We have over 400 square miles (256,000 acres) of prime buildable area 60 t0 65 feet deep, once that is full there is an additional 600 square miles of deeper space which can be used. I should point out that when most people think of New York they think of the island of Manhattan which is 24 square miles in size. By comparison New Utopia is over 1,000 square miles of area which may eventually be developed

We welcome sincere interest from those who would like to investigate the opportunities offered by New Utopia.

About the monarchy: We deplore politicians and what they have done and are doing to every democratic country. Therefore a Constitutional Monarchy, managed by a Board of Governors much as a good company is managed by a Board of Directors, seems to us a better alternative.
