Prince Lazarus Visits the United Kingdom
Last weekend on Saturday the 15th February, My wife and I had the privilege of meeting with Prince Lazarus Long and the Science & Technology Minister Michael McDonnough at The Great Eastern Hotel in Liverpool Street. We spent many hours together and I learned of the many things that were going on as well as the very important meetings that had taken place here in London with some very high-ranking financiers, business people and VIP's.
After we had lunch we saw video footage of the topographical graphs, sonograms and thermograms that were recently obtained from the New Utopia area. We were also pleased to be informed of the New Utopia flag-buoy that has now been anchored at the PNU co-ordinates. (See Photo & Video Gallery).
STOP PRESS - 14th June 2004
Top London Barrister gets involved with re-drafting of the New Utopia Legal Opinion document relating to the territorial rights and claim on the area. This will prove invaluable in securing other interests as well as funding sources.
Other News: The country of Vanatu sign a Diplomatic Treaty with The Principality of New Utopia. (80+ Islands).
Update 16th July 2004
Legal Opinion document now finished, being notarised, sealed and bound. Finance source established for the cruise liners......watch this space. Charter Citizenship now at 3,087 citizens ! (Max Limit 4,000).
Dallas Global Development Corporation finalising negotiations re funding for the cruise liners. Many developments going on behind the scenes.
More Charter Citizens coming aboard, book soon to close ! Other funding sources secured with the Government of New Utopia. On target for construction start !

Leafstorm Limited video production company commissioned by BBC2 to make a SIX part documentary titled "How to Start your own country" with filming included from
the Reg Vardy Gallery "Summit of Nations" as well as off set. Danny Wallace will present the series which is anticipated to be broadcast late summer/early autumn 2005.

Look out for the New Utopia feature on BBC2's new documentary called "How to Start your own Country" This is a six part docu-series and New Utopia will be featured in the fifth segment on 31st August 2005 at 10pm - Don't Miss it !

August 20th 2005
Starting on Sept 1st. New Utopia Flotilla Company will begin their official sales drive for the first planned condo community to be in place in New Utopia. The self contained community will be constructed in the US and floated out to New Utopia atop their SWATH hull deck barges.
The condos are available on a first come first served basis and are expected to sell out fast.
Construction is set to begin on the barges as soon as the 12 units sell out or November 1st, which ever comes first. Expected lead time, from fully paid orders to completed construction, is only 60 days. Details are available on the site linked through this link.
